Project Island Song is a pest-free wildlife sanctuary covering the seven islands in the eastern Bay of Islands.
Since 2012, we have reintroduced eight rare and threatened species that are now flourishing across the islands.

The prize:
The holder of the winning ticket will receive a voucher entitling them to book a two-night stay at Eagles Nest’s Sacred Space villa for up to 8 people. The voucher must be redeemed for a booking between 1/5/24 and 15/10/24, excluding public holidays and subject to availability. The holder of the winning ticket will also be entitled to a half-day guided wildlife tour of the islands of Ipipiri, delivered by Project Island Song, for their group of 8 during their stay at Eagles Nest.
Tickets:
The total number of tickets offered in the Lottery is 2000, ranging from 0001 to 2000 inclusive. The cost of individual tickets is $20. Tickets are also offered as a book of 6 for $100, and a half-book of 3 for $50. The published ticket price includes GST. Please allow 15-20 minutes for Tickets to be allocated, verified, and delivered to your nominated inbox. Ticket sales are open from 10am on 10th August 2023 to 11pm on 18th September 2023.
Eligible entry:
Entry is only open to those aged 18 years or over at the time of ticket purchase.
Employees, contractors, shareholders, Committee Members and their immediate families (being partners, children and parents) of the following organisations are not eligible to enter the competition: Guardians of the Bay of Islands Incorporated, VEGA Works.
Results:
Results will be declared by randomised selection of included numbers through the vega.works Raffle module, under supervision of an independent witness in accordance with Rule 6 (14) of the Gambling Act (Lottery) Game Rules 2004. Declaration will be held at the office of the Guardians of the Bay of Islands, Haratu Kororāreka Marae, 5 Pitt Street, Russell, 0202, on Thursday 21st September 2023 at 2pm.
Prize winners will be contacted by telephone and notified by email. Results will be published on the Project Island Song website (projectislandsong.co.nz) on Monday 25th September 2023 and in The Northern Advocate on Thursday 28th September 2023. The last day to collect the prize is Friday 22nd December 2023.

Should early cancellation of this Lottery be necessary, notification will be given by public notice in The Northern Advocate, and directly by email to all participants, with tickets to be refunded thereafter.
